No idea what this is but was only found growing in one location in Meroo National Park and looked a bit like a weed to me.

There is an extensive and spectacular population of these along the creekbed of Lemontree Creek western side of P Highway opposite Tabourie corner store. Hope they are still there ... heaps of logging in the area the past 2 years.
