Found these tiny red fungi growing in a green mossy type ground cover in the nature reserve that runs along Nolan Drive In Tura Beach NSW

I suspect this is Hygrocybe firma. Do you have a photo of the gills (lamellae) or remember what colour they were? What a delightful image.

Hi Pam, yes l took a few, the gills were a lighter colour of the red l shall try and attach a photo
