Not a great angle for identifying this species (which is introduced by the way), because the black and white markings on the back of the neck are not visible. But there's nothing else it can be. The native Peaceful Dove is occasionally seen or heard ("hollyhock, hollyhock") but it has barring on the neck.

It looks to me like it could also be a young (juvenile) bird which has not yet developed the black patch with white spotting.
