From what I can see in the image on my screen the specimen on the right appears to have the faintest remnants of a cortina. Unfortunately it is on the stem (stipe) where the blade of grass passes over!! This and the overall general characteristics, colour, stature etc. indicate to me that this is a species of Cortinarius. These are mycorrhizal fungi, a fungus associated with the roots of plants where both organisms benefit from the association. It's good, if possible, to note the species of plants nearby, with this genus usually trees.
