It may be locally grown but it isn't a local native. I'll leave it to David to come up with a name if he can, but as a garden plant it doesn't really belong here as a sighting, so once (if) you get a name, you should delete it again.
Hi again, Sorry, but David said he wasn't able to ID this as it is some sort of hybrid cultivar, not a true species. Your best bet would be to cart it, or a photo of it, along to the next orchid show, which is bound to be heaving with people who like hybridising things!
