User's notes

To help ensure the safety of these lovely creatures, I have truncated GPS coordinates to 1km radius. Precise GPS available to 6 decimal points upon request. Many hundreds of cassurina nut shells underneath this feeding site. Video recording showing both shells and birds in single cut available on appropriate private request. I am unaware of method to identify nesting or breeding site but would not rule it out.

Breeding site would be basically indicated by the birds hanging around a tree hollow, or maybe feeding a young one that appears to still be too young to be very mobile. On the far south coast feed trees are a lot easier to find than breeding sites. Sounds like this tree is a favourite.

Excellent, I'll keep looking around and a local friend will also keep eyes out.
