Hi Helen, would you be ok if we used this sighting in a newsletter for SE NSW to encourage people to use NatureMapr to record species sightings post fire. Lorraine Oliver, DPIE.
Good Question Helen (and thank you). We are broadening the newsletter from a wildlife recovery newsletter we started during the fires to highlight other environmental information and projects in our region alongside our fire recovery work. We are also expanding it to include our communities in the tablelands, highlands and alpine areas of SE NSW. You are very welcome to subscribe, we are hoping to release the updated version in the next fortnight. You can see the previous newsletter here, there is a subscribe button in the top left of the newsletter https://us4.campaign-archive.com/?e=&u=28e83c4530e0c3e68d57c4d2f&id=5271ca1da6
Thanks Lorraine, it was a bit confusing until I realised you have to enter the month first then the day - but done now! Looking forward to it. Wishing everyone working on wildlife recovery after the fires well. I feel for the wildlife and the people working closely with them.
