Very unsure of ID, I'm sorry. Just coming into copious bud but a bit droopy with dryness.

Yeah, the Phebalium is strictly coastal and locally only found just south of Bermi and in Nadgee. The Pom is in damn near every gully in the district - well, slight exaggeration, but common.
