Looks like Drosera glanduligera, hard to get an idea of scale and there are no flowers to see.

It could also be the seedling stage of the more common Drosera peltata or auriculata, which elongate into a flowering stem about 20cm high. In fact that sounds more likely if they were as large as that. A side-on photo of the flower would be needed to pick between those two species.
