User's notes

Semi-circular in shape approximately 7 cms across and 5 cms from front to branch. Dark brown in the centre followed by a band of blotchy orange/brown then rimmed with a cream colour. Hairy on top but soft to touch. Underside was white and a good 3 cms thick at the base. Fungi was filled with moisture (probably due to the rain) and reacted like a sponge when squeezed. It bruised red.
