OK, not much we can do with that photo. I can't confirm it as anything except maybe as the main seaweed visible in the shot, but I don't do seaweeds. Not sure what the grass is. Yeah, I was on Wonboyn beach recently and noticed there were still a lot of burnt leaves lingering.
