You've stumped me with these Kylie. I think they might be Coronidium scorpioides, a bit past their best and faded from their usual yellow colour, but the leaves look a bit narrow for that species. And the flowers don't look quite right for either of the two white-flowered small paper daisies (Chrysocephalum baxteri and Argentipallium obtusifolium, if you want to look them up on line and compare with your photos).
