User's notes

My mum and dad are excited and rather surprised to find a pair of Spotted Pardalottes nesting in their wheelbarrow full of dirt in their backyard this year! There is a matt over the top to stop their potting soil from blowing away - and the tunnel goes in under that and into a cavern where the nest is. I wish it was my wheelbarrow!

How cool !! We had a pair nesting here (near Canberra) a few weeks ago, butunfortunately it seems they've abandoned the nest.
