Accidentally knocked over, replaced. Will it grow again?

By placing it in it's original orientation it will still be able to drop it's spores, which is the main function of this part of the fungus. The main body of the actual fungus is in the substrate it's growing in. The reproductive element is only part of the fungus not the whole organism.
