ID is based on location (coastal), though from the flowers it could just as easily be longifolia. NEED MORE LEAF IN YOUR PHOTOS TO BE SURE OF ID'S!! In the case of Dianellas it is also helpful to see the base of the plant, to see how folded the leaves are at the base.

That's better. Definitely caerulea, which has the leaf more strongly folded at the base than longifolia.
