It might be Disphyma crassifolia, which I am not sure occurs in the area anyway. I cannot get a good blow up of the leaves to look at the shape, or the flower to look at the bases of the 'petals'. Oxalis leaves are always thin and three- lobed,
Yeah, Oxalis is a long way wide of the mark- have a look at the photos on the ID page under other wildflowers! Definitely Carpobrotus not Disphyma (latter is on cliffs and saltmarsh edges eg old racecourse on Panboola, Carpobrotus usually on beaches). The species of Carpobrotus is less certain, as there is an exotic one with pink flowers which might be planted during dune reveg efforts, but as your flower is relatively pale, not bright purple, I'd say this is the native glaucescens.
