Which indicates it is a lily, not an orchid. Not many orchids around this season due to the dry conditions. It's good that you included a shot of the leaves as well as the flowers as the flowers of all 4 Patersonia species are almost impossible to tell apart. It's more the general form of the plant, and in the case of this species, the narrow leaves, that make an ID possible.
