Some sort of Agrotis? The only moth that I can find with such a blond frons is Fisera eribola but it's not that.

It is a species of the Oenosandridae family, also known as Stub Moths. The photo has some flash reflection which makes some of the detail difficult to see and a few Discophlebia species are similar.
