Phaeoclavulina abietina.
The ID of this is uncertain and specimens have been sent to DAR in Orange for confirmation.
It is a pretty little coral fungi found in the forest litter which gives off a tan spore print (collected). It is very delicate and damages easily in transit, but the forest creatures appear to enjoy consuming it judging by the nibble marks.
