This species belongs to a large group of fungi that usually have pores classified into the family Boletaceae which is in the order Boletales. I'm not able to identify this species or even genus as I'm not sure if the dark colouration on the cap (pilieus) and blackish looking pores are typical or age related characteristics. Though I'm able to place it in the family Boletaceae. Sorry I can't be any more helpful than that. Belonging to this family I would expect it to be mycorrhizal.
