3 stages of this Slime Mould /Myxomycota. It is on cut Banksia log. Banksia tree died about one year before. Each slime mould 2.2cm across

There are a few of the Stemonitis species which have a yellow plasmodium as your first image shows, but the defining features are in the capillitium and the spores, which unfortunately you are not able to capture here.
So it will have to remain at the genus level, sorry.
You have done a terrific job at capturing the beautiful transformation of this delicate species over a short period of time, thank you for sharing with us.
