It's great to see these fungi still around so late in the season. These are the luminous fungi so were you able to see them at night?

Hi Pam, Although the sighting has just gone up, the date on the photo is 19 April - got to check the fine print! We've only been seeing dessicated old specimens lately. Jackie

Thanks for that Jackie I forgot to check the date! Still that species seems to have been very prolific this year and had quite a long season, well up here anyway.

Yep, here too. Seem to have been quite a few sightings of it come in, and we've been seeing it around a fair bit.

Sorry to both of you - I work heavily with a number of groups in the community with video/photo so it can sometimes take time for me to be able to sort through photos and post them after making an escape to the bush.

Hey that's OK I understand completley about being 'time poor'. There I thought it was just to keep me on my toes to be looking at ALL the information provided more carefully!! The fact that you've taken the time to upload the information is what's important - thank you for doing that as this all helps to contribute to our understanding of what species are out there; their distribution and the length of their season.
