Great image of the cap of this fungus which looks interesting. Unfortunately I need to be able to see the undersurface and the stem (stipe). I'm assuming it has gills, but what colour are they and how are they attached to the stipe and what colour and texture does it have? These are the little things that help me to identify fungi! Do you have any other images that would show these features please? If you can remember if it had gills I can at least confirm it as an Agaric.

The gills were whitey-pink and the stipe was white. Thanks Pam for your comment.
