As far as I can see, it doesn't appear to have a white eyebrow, markings on throat & breast look similar to White Throated.The category is 'smaller than Magpie'.
99 times out of 100 (or maybe more) down here on the coast it is going to be a white-throated, with a very occasional red-browed. Brown would be a real turn up for the books, as they are a tablelands and slopes species of drier woodlands.
