User's notes

Caps tinged pale orange in the centre with the rest being cream/fawn in colour. Largest cap size approx. 6-8 cms across and with a rippled edge. The edges were raised giving a cup formation and exposing deep gills which were dark motley brown in colour. The stem was approx. 15 cms high and 1 cm thick, whitish and hairy.

This appears to be the first time this species has been recorded from the ALCA region. I'm about 98% confident with this identification. Good record.
