Stumped again I'm afraid. The seed capsules look a bit like the garden escape weed Aristea ecklonii (blue stars I think is the common name), but the flowers should be deep blue for that. Need to see the leaves as well (marked parallel veins if Aristea). And a bit of tidying up before you take the photo would not have hurt, to get all that grass out of the way. Generally a whole of plant shot is good as well as close-ups of the various bits.

Oh, I thought it was a Dianella. I think I took another photo. i will add it.

Still stumped. Dianella have round or oval blue berries that dangle, not erect capsules like this. My money is on some garden escapee or other. Doesn't look like any of the local natives I am familiar with.
