I agree it;s probably Theretra (genus) but I can't be sure of the species on my limited knowledge,

@ibaird I’m the same, but I couldn’t find an option to Verify Theretra sp. as a Genus (without the selection at Species level)… & Theretra latreillii is the closest I know of so I Suggested that as the Species option. Is there a way we can setup Theretra Genus?

Several Theretra species larvae can develop lateral patches like this, Without seeing the head and thorax: it is impossible to verify the species for certain, but T. latreillii is the commonest.

@RalphArn : can you rear it in captivity please to get the adult moth, or at least photograph the head end, especially the first abdominal segment to identify the species?
