Gills: decurrent, usually lighter than cap

Stem: tough, darker, up to 1mm wide and 10 mm long

Habit: grow in dense clusters

Substrate: decaying logs

Habitat: native forests, on eucalypt debris in pine forests

Spores: White in deposit; ellipsoidal, smooth
