I have done an initial search on iNaturalist and the ALA and not found a match to this species.
However, John (jb2602) has drawn attention, see above, to ''Hypeninae sp. (2) ' a moth illustrated by the authors of Moths of Victoria (Part 8) on their supporting disc to that Part. They illustrate two specimens only from Victoria at Gembrook (2008) and Cann River (2018). They say they have only recorded the species twice and the Australian distribution is unknown. I suggest John's photo above is a close match to their illustrated second specimen from Cann River (23 February 2018). If this sighting of John's could be shown the same species it could be the first known additional record outside of Victoria.

A first record of this species for NatureMapr and NayureMapr's South Coast region. Excellent photo.
Records of this species in eastern Australia seem to be distributed predominantly in coastal tropical Queensland and the sub-tropical coast of northern NSW. This record may represent an extension of the known range of this species to coastal southern NSW.
