In the second image the gills look a little more yellow than from what I can see in the first image. Though it does appear, from what I can see to have that Cortinarius web on the top part of the stem (stipe). This mycorrhizal genus tends to come towards the end of the season and are often found in these various tones of tan/brown as well as the more spectacular colours we see.
