Tigrioides alterna (Alternating Footman)

The adult moths have forewings that vary from pale yellow to orange, with black margins and bases, and each forewing has two zigzag black transverse lines. The hindwings are white with broad black margins. The wingspan is about 3 cms.The species has been found in:  Queensland,  New South Wales,  Australian Capital Territory,  Victoria, and  South Australia.
